The work “A Piece of Ostrava" is inspired by my immediate environment, which affects me every day. The “Blast Furnace” district with its adjacent complex of reinforced concrete inherently reflects the city's history. Over the past few decades it has been amazing to watch the genius loci of how a foundry with the primary function of processing iron has smoothly melted away to be indisputably replaced with a space fulfilling its current cultural mission. This is why I decided to create a collect

in the jewelery box Things given to us; things intimate to us; things dear to us: these things are priceless to us and an integral part of the essence of home. The motif of this work is the insertion of jewellery into a picture: a jewellery box. What is at first glance a simple still life of everyday objects becomes a symphony of detail and tells the story of the wear and tear suffered by objects that mean something significant to us: they become both important and DEAR to us. The jewellery itse

My inspiration for this collection named “From Fairy Tale to Fairy Tale” was those myths and legends which themselves had the dual purpose of amusing the souls of children with a simultaneous social critique and at the same time teaching a lesson. Each piece of jewellery in this collection (three brooches and two necklaces) is shaped to resemble an open book of fairy tales in which the stories are carved. The background paintings on silk (hearts, bells, picturesque landscapes with stars and butt

„It is not my story,“, která opravdu není mým příběhem :-) .

Posledním ještě nezmíněným bodem tohoto cyklu je samotný obraz s názvem „It is my story.“ Tento obraz vznikl spontánně a přirozeně, jako završení cyklu „Best time for cat“ a „It is not my story.“ Reflektuje můj příběh po návratu tady do Ostravy. Opět je v něm možné nalézt upřímnost, autenticitu a sílu okamžiku. Formou se od „It is not my story“ liší pozadím a to pro svou černou barvu, vyjadřující určitou formu exprese.
